Heck we sure would, and it seems we not be the only one. Street Fighter Producer recently stated that not only would he love to see more Street Fighter characters in Super Smash Bros, but being able to work on a Nintendo Vs. Capcom would be a dream project.
Capcom has no shortage of crossover fighters including Marvel vs. Street Fighter , Capcom Vs. SNK, X-Men vs. Street Fighter and the infamous Marvel vs. Capcom.
Back on the Nintendo Wii we were greeted to a fantastic entry in the Vs. series, Tatsunoko vs. Capcom. It's easy to dismiss this title if you did not own a Wii, however the game was highly praised by fans and critics alike. It's easy to see how Capcom and Nintendo could collaborate again on more hard core fighting game title.
It is our opinion that not only would we buy a Nintendo vs. Capcom title, we believe it would also be highly successful in sales.
That is of course if it can exist along side Super Smash Bros. After all, Nintendo wouldn't want to cannibalize it's popular party fighter. Perhaps since we will not be seeing any more characters revealed for Super Smash Bros. for Wii U & Nintendo 3DS, now would be a good time to broaden their horizons on a new fighting game project.
