Square-Enix will be hosting the birthday bash and as usual many rumors are afloat. The first coincidence is the event seems to coincide with Final Fantasy VII's 20th anniversary.
We cannot deny that even we think we will receive more footage of the Final Fantasy VII Remake. However, that announcement is believable considering we haven't had any released footage since the games reveal at E3 2015.
If the rumors ring true, not only will we receive a portion of the Final Fantasy VII Remake and Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age in 2017, but the entirety of the franchise will soon be available on Playstation 4.
Final Fantasy I - IX will be available for Playstation 4 and Playstation Vita on a single disk/cart. This is not too unbelievable given the current remasters of VII - X already available on PC.
It's almost insane to think we have finally found a time where every great Final Fantasy title will be available on a single console.
