1. Where is the stealth hero?
Playing games with friends and experienced players can easily lead to victories over characters like Bastion and Torbjorn. It's not until you play many hours of quick play you begin to realize many players do not understand how to play against these heroes. In our opinion if a stealth class was added similar to the Spy in Team Fortress 2, an average player would understand how to kill a Bastion or Torjborn that is hiding in the corner of a choke point. After all, should an ultimate in Overwatch really be your only option?
2. Changes and Buffs
It's no secret D.va is considered one the weakest heroes available for selection. With her slow mech, rate of fire, and her inability to chase targets, she clearly is the best option most of the time. If she didn't have a potentially good ultimate, we're certain she would get even less use than she currently does. Clearly this hero needs buffs all around in the mobility department. Tank or not, that mech suit should be able to do even more.
With the already confirmed changes to Mcree, we will simply not waste any time with him. We hope after the June patch that will nerf his Fan of Hammer damage, Mcree will be in a good spot. Widowmaker is one hero that always seems to be an annoyance.
With her bodyshot damage being slightly too high, Widowmaker doesn't even need to aim properly to pick you off. There is also the issue of what happens when you flank Widowmaker. Not only is her subweapon way too strong, her poison trap could be a bit bigger allowing more targets to see it. In our opinion, she really should have less health. A notable decrease to 175 health may help to keep her more in line.
Speaking about health changes, support hero Zenyatta could really use a health buff. Zenyatta is in a strange place where one small change could effect him dramatically. However as of right now, if Zenyatta gets sneezed at he drops like a fly. We hope Blizzard will increase his health by 25 or even 35 in an upcoming patch.
3. Please give us more modes and allow us to pick which map we want to play
With the inability to host servers for Overwatch, players are forced into maps they may not want to participate in. Frankly, if I had the option, we would just play the King of the Hill style maps into oblivion. Payload maps are nice once in a while Blizzard, but let us pick please!
The Weekly Brawl is an interesting addition to Overwatch. It's a fun and different way to experience the game which can lead to some hilarious moments. We just can't stop thinking about if the game allowed us to pick which Brawls we wanted to play. The simple option of even having ONE more choice could effectively double the variety, which could lead to even more fun.
4. Where is the hero progression?
So many options lay untouched with hero progression in Overwatch. Each hero could level at his or her own rate allowing you to unlock special Skins, Voice Commands, Animations or Sprays. As of right now players determine skill based upon one thing, your player level. If there was a way to separate them and show off a players true colors, more respect may be given.
Those are our proposed changes to Overwatch. While we couldn't cover every single change we thought of, we feel like we touched on the most important changes.
